Description
Green beans have become a popular side dish for those on a diet, and with good reason: they do a body good! They’re also known as French beans, string beans, or runner beans; although they are commonly referred to as string beans, most modern varieties no longer have the string. It is widely considered that the origins of green beans come from Central America and Southern Mexico. These beans are often a deep green in color with points at either end.
